All other discovery is stayed pending the outcome of the motion to dismiss currently before Judge Brown. Plaintiff is directed to provide Defendant with a settlement demand within one (1) week. Defendant shall respond to that settlement demand within one (1) week of receipt. Counsel are directed to submit a joint status report on or before July 23, 2020, advising whether this action has settled or whether the parties would like this Court to conduct a settlement conference. In the event the parties would like a settlement conference, the joint status letter shall contain three (3) dates on which all counsel and their clients are available for a telephonic settlement conference.
