January 15, 2021 Opinion or Order ORDER granting in part #4 Motion for Extension of Time to File: Appellant Cain, pro se, emailed the Court's Chamber address requesting a 30-day extension to file his appellate brief (hereafter, "Email Motion"). (See ECF No. #4 .) In light of his pro se status and as a one-time courtesy, the Court directed the docketing of the Email Motion. However, Appellant Cain did not copy Appellees on said Email Motion. Given the procedural posture of the case, the Court temporarily suspends the briefing schedule in this case to provide the Appellees the opportunity to respond to Appellant Cain's Email Motion. Thus, the Appellees have until January 22, 2021 to respond. Thereafter, the Court will establish a new briefing schedule. Further, Appellant Cain is on NOTICE: No further requests or submissions are to be made via the Court's Chamber email; any requests or submissions are to be in writing and mailed or delivered to the Court. The Court will not respond to any further emails sent by Appellant Cain. In addition, Appellant Cain shall copy the Appellees on all future requests or submissions to the Court; said copies to the Appellees may be sent via email. Appellees are directed to serve a copy of this ORDER upon Appellant Cain forthwith, which service may be made via his email address, and file proof of said service. (See Email Motion.)
