ORDER re #9 Letter applications for premotion conference: The Court is in receipt of Aetna and Livanta's requests for a premotion conference regarding anticipated motions to dismiss. More than ten (10) days have passed since their submissions and Plaintiff has not responded. The Court waives its requirement for a premotion conference and sets the following briefing schedule: Defendants shall serve, but not file, their moving papers on or before June 18, 2021; opposing papers shall be served, but not filed, on or before July 19, 2021; Defendants shall serve reply papers, if any, on or before August 3, 2021. As the first defendant to request a premotion conference, Aetna shall file all papers with the Court, including a courtesy copy for Chambers, on or before August 3, 2021. Ordered by Judge Denis R.
