ORDER: The Defendants' (U.S. Dep't of Homeland Security, et al.) Motion for an extension of time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' (Waqas Ahmad Gill and Maria Amir) Complaint is hereby granted, and the defendants time within which to respond to the Complaint is hereby extended to and including July 19, 2021. Defendants' Motion for an extension of time for the parties to file a Proposed Scheduling Order with the Court is hereby granted and the parties are directed to file a Proposed Scheduling Order no later than August 4, 2021. Defendants' Motion to adjourn the in-person Initial Conference from July 7, 2021 is hereby granted. The in-person Initial Conference will be held at 9:30 AM on August 18, 2021.
