ORDER re #10 : The proposed confidentiality order is so ordered by the Court subject to the following amendment. Paragraphs 23 and 24 address the use of confidential materials in court filings, hearings and trial as well as the manner of sealing. Counsel appears to have inadvertently omitted the rule regarding filing under seal. For the sake of clarity, the parties are advised that any party seeking to file confidential documents under seal must follow the EDNYs instructions for filing sealed documents via ECF.
