INITIAL CONFERENCE SCHEDULING ORDER: A remote initial conference will be held at 4:00 on October 27, 2021 before Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks. The Court will provide a link by email beforehand. All counsel must participate. Following the conference, the Court will issue a Discovery Order tailored to circumstances of this FLSA case. As such, counsel need not prepare a discovery worksheet prior to the initial conference. THE PARTIES ARE REMINDED that audio or video recording of proceedings by any party other than the Court, is strictly prohibited by Local Civil Rule 1.8. Violation of this rule may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed appropriate by the Court.
