ORDER denying #4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis -- For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Plaintiff's #4 Application to Proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Such denial is without prejudice to renewal upon further showing of inability to pay the required fee. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, he must, by November 15, 2021, either (1) pay the $402 fee to the Clerk of Court of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York or (2) present credible evidence of indigency. If Plaintiff fails to do either, this action shall be dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. SEE ATTACHED ORDER.
