ORDER granting in part and denying in part #4 Motion for Pre Motion Conference ("PMC Motion"): Having considered Defendant's PMC Motion and Plaintiffs' non-response thereto, see JS Individual Rule III(B)(1)(instructing "[t]he opposing party shall have seven (7) days to submit a letter response"), Defendant's PMC Motion is granted to the extent that, in its discretion, the Court waives the pre-motion conference and sets a briefing schedule on Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss.
