ORDER re #4 Letter - Because the application submitted by Plaintiffs does not include the information required on this Court's form, the application submitted by Plaintiffs is denied without prejudice and with leave to renew on the enclosed "Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form)" (AO239) ("Long Form").
