The complaint alleges the retention of a $77,500.00 security deposit and failure to provide amenities in violation of the contract. Accordingly, plaintiff is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing what grounds they have, if any, that damages are reasonably expected to exceed $150,000 or advise this court whether, pursuant to Eastern District of New Yorks Local Civil Rule 83.7(d), this case should be referred to arbitration.
