ORDER granting #38 Motion for Discovery. In light of the representation regarding the potential for settlement of this action, the scheduling order is modified as follows: ICG to produce documents responsive to Plaintiffs request by June 9, 2023. ICG to produce financial information to Plaintiffs by June 15, 2023. ICG to produce witness still employed by ICG by June 30, 2023. ICG will provide last known addresses for former ICG employees not in its control. All discovery, inclusive of expert discovery, to be concluded by August 15, 2023.
