ORDER granting in part and denying in part #4 Motion for Pre-Motion Conference ("Motion"): The Court has considered the Defendants' Motion regarding their proposed motion to dismiss (ECF No. #4 ) and Plaintiff's response thereto (ECF No. #6 ). Having considered the Motion and Plaintiff's response and in the Court's discretion, the Motion is granted to the extent that the Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement and sets the following briefing schedule:(1)by no later than June 24, 2022, Defendants are to serve and file their Dismiss Motion;(2)by no later than July 29, 2022, Plaintiff is to serve and file his response; and,(3)by no later than August 19, 2022, Defendants are to serve and file their reply, if any.Once the Dismissal Motion is fully briefed, Defendants are to ensure courtesy copies of the fully-briefed Motion are promptly provided to Chambers.Plaintiff, who is proceeding pro se, is encouraged to contact the Hofstra University Pro Se Legal Assistance Program, located within the Central Islip Courthouse, at (631) 297-2575 or PSLAP@Hofstra.edu, for assistance with this action.Defendants' counsel is directed to serve a copy of this Order on the Plaintiff, and to file proof of said service, by May 25, 2022.
