June 15, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 SCHEDULING ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: Defendant will obtain, file and provide to the Court the administrative record of the proceedings within 60 days of the date that this Order is docketed. Defendants answer to the complaint is waived. Within 60 days from the filing of the record, defendant shall file a motion for judgment on the pleadings. Within 30 days from the filing of defendants motion, plaintiff shall submit its opposition. The plaintiffs in forma pauperis application is granted and the Clerk of the Court is directed to forward to the United States Marshal's Office for the Eastern District of New York copies of plaintiff's summons and complaint.
