SCHEDULING ORDER: An in-person settlement conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2022 before the undersigned in Courtroom 910 of the Central Islip Courthouse. Counsel for all parties must attend along with principals with full settlement authority. By September 28th, counsel are to submit their respective settlement positions to the Court via ex parte ECF filing.
