STIPULATION AND ORDER re #9 Joint Stipulation and [Proposed] Scheduling Order. Defendants shall file their pre-motion letter for their intended motion to dismiss on or before August 12, 2022; Plaintiffs shall file any response to this pre-motion letter on or before September 9, 2022; With the court's assent, the pre-motion conference on Defendants' motion to dismiss shall take place on or after September 23, 2022.
