DISCOVERY SCHEDULING ORDER: The following discovery deadlines are now in effect: Phase I discovery shall be completed by January 9, 2023. Any motion to join new parties or amend the pleadings must be made by February 6, 2023. Fact discovery shall be completed by July 7, 2023. Expert discovery shall be completed by October 6, 2023.
