ORDER. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court is GRANTING him an extension of time to comply with the Notice of Deficiency. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of this order, by November 7, 2022, Plaintiff shall either: (1) remit the $402 filing fee; or (2) return a completed IFP application and PLRA form. PLAINTIFF IS HEREBY ON NOTICE: Failure to timely comply with this order, absent a showing of good cause, will lead to the dismissal of the Complaint without prejudice, and judgment will enter without further notice. The Clerk of Court is requested to mail a copy of this order, as well as the items referred to therein, to Plaintiff at his address of record with the notation LEGAL MAIL on the envelope.
