ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Order, the Court GRANTS the parties' joint motion #15 to approve the proposed settlement of Plaintiffs' claims, see ECF No. 15 at 817, as required by Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, Inc., 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). The parties shall file a stipulation of dismissal within ten calendar days of Plaintiffs receiving the settlement funds, as required by their settlement agreement.
