ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. In light of Rosario v. Icon Burger Acquisition LLC, 21-cv-4313 (JS)(ST), 2022 WL 198503 (E.D.N.Y. Jan. 21, 2022) and the cases cited therein, plaintiff is directed to Show Cause why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to plausibly allege standing.
