December 22, 2022 Opinion or Order SCHEDULING ORDER: As stated on the record during the initial conference held today, the parties shall complete their voluntary document production, as set forth at Paragraph 7 of their initial joint letter, by January 25, 2023. In addition, the parties' proposed discovery schedule is hereby adopted. Fact discovery shall be completed by December 22, 2023. Expert discovery shall be completed by March 22, 2024. Any party seeking to make a dispositive motion shall initiate that process, consistent with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge, on or before April 22, 2024. A joint pretrial order shall be filed on or before May 22, 2024, or within two (2) weeks of a decision on any dispositive motion. In light of the generous discovery schedule being afforded, there will be no extension of these deadlines. Counsel for the parties shall submit a joint status letter on or before March 9, 2023, advising as to the status of settlement discussions, dates certain for Plaintiff's deposition, as well as all other fact depositions to be conducted, and whether the parties request a referral to the Eastern District mediation program. Upon receipt of the parties' joint letter, the Court will schedule a status conference, if necessary. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields on 12/22/2022. (DM)
