January 4, 2023 Opinion or Order SCHEDULING ORDER: In light of Plaintiff's counsel's recent suspension in the EDNY, the initial conference scheduled for January 9, 2023 is CANCELLED. All filings due to be made prior to the conference are likewise adjourned. The Court further orders that this matter be stayed for a period of 60 days for Plaintiff to obtain new counsel or for Plaintiff to decide to proceed pro se. Plaintiff is directed to communicate with this Court via letter on or before March 6, 2023 stating how Plaintiff will proceed in this matter. Plaintiff is advised that failure to communicate with this Court may result in this Court's recommendation to the District Court that the case be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff's outgoing counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order on Plaintiff and provide proof of service on ECF by January 6, 2023. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields on 1/4/2023.
