SCHEDULING ORDER: Based on the representations set forth in DE #18 regarding the parties' lack of settlement, an in-person settlement conference with the Court's law clerk is set for Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in Courtroom 920 of the Central Islip courthouse By or before 8:00 a.m. on January 19, 2023, the parties shall file a joint letter summarizing: (1) the progress of settlement discussions up to this point; and (2) the areas of disagreement that will be the basis for the settlement conference. Each party shall also file a draft proposed temporary restraining order for the Court's consideration both at, and prior to, the settlement conference.
