May 1, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 15 SCHEDULING ORDER re Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge. The District Court has referred this case to the undersigned to conduct a settlement conference. Per the parties suggestion, this Court is scheduling an in-person settlement conference for 2:00 p.m. on July 17, 2023; July 10th is unavailable due to trial. Counsel for all parties shall appear for the conference in Courtroom 910 of the Central Islip Courthouse. Ex parte settlement positions are to be filed by July 14th through the Court's ECF system.
