The Court notes that although J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. filed a pre-motion conference request the same day as the stipulation of dismissal, in view of the fact that the stipulation of dismissal was filed hours after the PMC request, the Court understands the parties to have resolved the case and therefore approves the stipulation. The Court dismisses Equifax Information Services and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Defendants, adjourns all deadlines and conferences, and stays the case for 45 days while the parties execute the terms of the settlement agreement.
