May 11, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Accordingly, in light of the law as set forth above, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in "friting within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order why her claims should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and the Younger Abstention doctrine. Plaintiff is further ORDERED to demonstrate 1in writing why her claims are not barred from re-litigation by the doctrines of resjudicata and/or collateral estoppel. Finally, given that the Defendants are private parties who do not under color of state law, Plaintiff shall explain how her Section 1983 claims are plausible. If, upon review of the applicable law and her complaint, Plaintiff agrees that this Court is the improper forum to pursue her claims, she may request, in writing, that her complaint be :Withdrawn without prejudice to her pursuing a state court appeal of the challenged orders in accordance with state procedural law. Plaintiff is on notice that her failure to timely comply with this Order absent a showing of good cause will lead to the dismissal of her claims without prejudice. Plaintiff is well-advised to consult with legal counsel. The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of this Order to Show Cause to Plaintiff at her address of record together with a copy of all of the unreported cases cited to in this Order to Show Cause that have been appended hereto for the convenience of the pro se Plaintiff. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that, although Plaintiff paid the filing fee to commence this action, any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauper is status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
