May 30, 2023 Filing 11 Minute Order for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks: CIVIL CAUSE FOR INITIAL CONFERENCE. Counsel for Plaintiff: Scott Lockwood. Counsel for Defendant: Gary P. Muhlstock, Chelsea Merrill (Law Clerk). Initial Conference Hearing held on 5/30/2023 at 12:00 PM. The parties summarized the details of the case. Following discussion with counsel and review of the submitted worksheet, the Court adopted a Scheduling Order which is attached at DE #12 . In addition to the below dates, the final date for the first step of summary judgment motion practice is March 1, 2024. A Status Conference has been scheduled for September 15, 2023 at 9:30 AM via the Court's Video Zoom. The Court will email the Zoom invitation closer to the conference date.
