| Filing 10 Minute Order for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks: CIVIL CAUSE FOR INITIAL CONFERENCE. Counsel for Plaintiff: Matthew John Farnworth. Counsel for Defendant: Kyle T. Pulis. Initial Conference Hearing held on 6/1/2023 at 12:00 PM. The parties summarized the details of the case. Following discussion with counsel and review of the submitted worksheet, the Court adopted a Scheduling Order which is posted at DE #11 and reproduced below: Parties shall serve pertinent documents by July 1, 2023; Plaintiff must answer the interrogatory by July 19, 2023 and serve a copy on Defendants; and Parties shall meet and confer by July 31, 2023 as to whether they plan to settle the issues. A joint proposed scheduling order shall be filed on ECF on or before August 14, 2023, outlining whether the parties have reached an agreement to resolve the case or wish to have further discovery done or engage in motion practice. THE PARTIES ARE REMINDED that audio or video recording of proceedings by any party other than the Court is strictly prohibited by Local Civil Rule 1.8. Violation of this rule may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed appropriate by the Court.
