ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE -- Plaintiffs filed this action on May 10, 2023 under the pseudonyms Jane Doe, John Doe, Doe Child 1, and Doe Child 2. A complaint, however, generally "must name all the parties," Fed. R. Civ. P. 10(a), and Plaintiffs did not seek leave to proceed using pseudonyms. No later than June 2, 2023, Plaintiffs are ordered to show cause why, under the standard set forth in Sealed Plaintiff v. Sealed Defendant, 537 F.3d 185 (2d Cir. 2008) and other applicable law, the Court should permit them to remain anonymous in this action. Defendants' response, if any, is due by June 9.
