Filing 8 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Based on the foregoing, Plaintiffs application to proceed IFP is granted. Plaintiff is ordered to show cause in writing within 30 days why his claims should not be dismissed for the reasons set forth above. Plaintiff is warned that a failure to timely respond to this order, absent a showing of good cause, will lead to the dismissal of his claims with prejudice and judgment shall enter. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction is DENIED. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order to Plaintiff at his address of record and to note such service on the docket.
