Filing 6 ORDER OF PUBLICATION AND STAY. A notice shall be issued by the Clerk of Court to all persons asserting claims with respect to which the complaint seeks exoneration from or limitation of liability, admonishing them to file their respective claims with the Clerk of Court and to serve on the attorneys for petitioner a copy thereof, ON OR BEFORE 7/28/2023, or be defaulted; and that if any claimant desires to contest either the right to exoneration from or the right to limitation of liability, such claimant shall file an answer to the complaint on or before the aforesaid date, unless the claim has included an answer to the complaint, served on the attorneys for petitioner, or be defaulted. It is further ordered that public notice of the aforesaid admonition be published in a newspaper with general circulation for four successive weeks prior to 7/28/2023; and it is further ordered that plaintiff shall mail a copy of the Notice to every person known to have made a claim against the vessel or the petitioner, in accordance with Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
