It is true that one factorPlaintiff's choice of forumweighs against transfer. But several other factorsincluding the convenience of witnesses, the location of relevant evidence, and the locus of operative factsweight in favor of transfer. The Court is particularly mindful of the fact that, as it stated in the order to show cause, no facts relevant to this case occurred in this District.
