ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Complaint is dismissed as to all Defendants other than Police Officer Todd Jackson. Further, the Court grants Plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court shall issue a summons as to this defendant and the United States Marshals Service is directed to serve the summons, complaint and this Order upon Defendant Jackson without prepayment of fees.Should Plaintiff wish to file an amended complaint as to any of the dismissed Defendants or for any other reason, he may do so by 8/24/2023. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order and a prisoner civil rights complaint form to Plaintiff and note service on the docket, and to mail a copy of this Order to the Suffolk County Attorney.
