ORDER -- By Order dated August 17, 2023, Defendant Gregory Stokes was directed respond by August 31, 2023 to Plaintiff's August 14, 2023 letter, ECF No. 3. To date, Defendant has failed to file a response. In light of Defendant's pro se status, Defendant shall be afforded until September 20, 2023 to file a response to Plaintiff's August 14, 2023 letter.
