ORDER STAYING CASE. In light of the parties' stipulation found at docket entry No. #11 agreeing to stay the instant case and proceed with arbitration, this case is STAYED through February 20, 2024. On February 20, 2024, counsel are directed to file a joint letter advising this Court as to the status of the arbitration.
