November 6, 2023 Opinion or Order SCHEDULING ORDER: As set forth on the record during the conference held on November 6, 2023, all authorizations shall be provided to Defendants by November 20, 2023. Fact discovery, including Plaintiff's IME, shall be completed by May 6, 2024. Counsel are directed to submit a joint status letter on May 1, 2024, setting forth all discovery taken and stating with particularity, all discovery necessary and dates for completion thereof, for this matter to be trial or dispositive motion practice ready. If the parties would like to schedule a settlement conference, counsel should include such a request in the joint letter status letter as well as three proposed dates that all counsel and clients are available for an in-person conference. Finally, counsel are directed to review the consent to magistrate jurisdiction form, located at Docket Entry #5 on the docket herein, and discuss the issue of consent with their clients.
