ORDER granting #5 Motion for Extension of Time to File. The Court grants the parties' request for an extension to file the certified administrative record ("CAR"). The Court sets the following schedule for all future filings in this case: (1) Plaintiff shall serve a motion for the requested relief by March 6, 2024; (2) The Commissioner shall serve its cross-motion by by June 4, 2024; (3) Plaintiff shall serve a reply, if any, by June 18, 2024; and (4) The Commissioner shall file all motions documents and the CAR on ECF by June 19, 2024.The parties are reminded of two of the undersigned's Individual Rules. The parties are reminded that submissions in connection with Plaintiff's motion shall be filed by Defendant on the same day under the "bundling rule" described in the undersigned's Individual Practice Rule IV.G.2. The parties are also reminded that the Administrative Transcript shall only be filed on ECF contemporaneously with the fully-briefed motion as described in the undersigned's Individual Practice Rule V.A.
