ORDER: Per DE #2 , Plaintiff certifies that "the events or omissions giving rise to the claim or claims or a substantial part thereof, occur in Nassau or Suffolk County." DE #2 at 2. However, the Complaint does not appear to include any facts regarding Nassau or Suffolk County. The Complaint alleges that "Plaintiff was a resident of New York State who worked in the City of New York" and notes that "[p]ursuant to 8-502(c) of the City Law, Plaintiff served a copy of this Complaint on the City of New York Commission on Human Rights and on the City of New York Corporation Counsel." Id. at 3. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff shall advise the Court by 10/31/2023 regarding the basis for his representation in DE #2 that "the events or omissions giving rise to the claim or claims, or a substantial part thereof, occur in Nassau of Suffolk County."
