The Court adopts the proposed following discovery deadlines: Deadline for completion of Rule 26(a) initial disclosures - 2/22/24; Completion of Phase I discovery - 3/22/24; Deadline for motions to join new parties or amend pleadings - 4/11/24; First requests for production of documents and interrogatories due by - 3/1/24; All fact discovery to be completed by 6/14/24; Exchange of expert reports: Plaintiffs - 7/15/24, Defendant 8/16/24; Expert depositions completed by: Plaintiffs - 9/10/24, Defendant 9/30/24; All discovery completed by - 10/10/24; Final date to take first step in dispositive motion practice - 11/1/24.An in-person settlement conference will be held on April 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 910 of the Central Islip Courthouse. Parties are to submit their respective settlement positions via ex parte electronic filing no later than April 1, 2024.
