Filing 5 ORDER. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court is GRANTING plaintiff an extension of time to comply with the Notice of Deficiency. As such, on or before February 27, 2024 Plaintiff shall either: (1) remit the $402 filing fee; or (2) return a completed IFP application and PLRA form. PLAINTIFF IS HEREBY ON NOTICE: Failure to timely comply with this order, absent a showing of good cause, will lead to recommending dismissal of the Complaint without prejudice, and judgment will enter without further notice. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order, as well as the items referred to therein, to Plaintiff at his address of record with the notation LEGAL MAIL on the envelope. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
