May 15, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, this Court grants Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) and dismisses the Complaint (ECF No. 1) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) without leave to amend. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status i s denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of the attached Memorandum and Order and this Electronic Order to Plaintiff at his address of record and note such mailing on the docket.
