Filing 6 ORDER: Accordingly, if proper service of the summons and complaint is not made upon the Defendants by 11/18/2024, or if Plaintiff fails to show good cause why such service has not been made, I will recommend that District Judge Gujarati dismiss this action without prejudice. After Defendants have been served, Plaintiff must file with the Court proof of service of the summons and complaint. Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i)(l).
