Filing 486 OPINION AND ORDER or the reasons set forth above, Sanofi's motion for summary judgment on its claim for $442,209,362 in damages is granted. Sanofi is also entitled to prejudgment interest on that award at the average annual prime rate, compounded quarterly, from August 19,2006 until the present-as well as costs and post-judgment interest as set by statute.
