Filing 52 OPINION AND ORDER:... III. Conclusion, For the reasons stated above, Defendants' Rule 12(c) motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Section 1983 Monell claims against the City is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff's Brady claim agains t the City, along with any other Fourteenth Amendment due process claims or Fifth Amendment claims against the City, are dismissed for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff's surviving federal claims against the City are his claims that the City 039;s failure to train, supervise, and discipline its police officers and prosecutors caused the false arrest and malicious prosecution of Plaintiff in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Defendants' request to bifurcate and to stay discovery as to Plaintiff's Monell claims is denied. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motion (Dkt.
