December 17, 2013	Filing 238 OPINION & ORDER. The Court has considered the parties' remaining arguments and finds them meritless. For the reasons stated above, the Court declines Managers' invitation to revise the original liability finding against them. The Court also concludes that Owners are not entitled to limitation under the Limitation of Liability Act. In addition, the parties advised the Court on September 19, 2013 that they had resolved all remaining quantum of damages issues without court intervention. T he Court therefore directs the parties to "submit to the Court a stipulation confirming the total amount of recoverable damages with prejudgment interest" within five days of this order, in accordance with the parties' agreement, along with a proposed judgment.
