July 22, 2020	Filing 172 ORDER: On July 13, 2018, the parties informed the Court that a settlement in principle had been reached but requested that the case remain open. The parties indicated that they would file a status report by August 31, 2018. No report was ever filed. It is ORDERED that within 30 days of this Order, the parties shall inform the Court of whether this case has been settled. If the case has not been settled, the Court will schedule a status conference to determine how the parties intend to proceed with litigation. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Lewis J. August 6, 2010	Filing 86 OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs and Defendants motions for partial summary judgment (document # 55 and #60) are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, as set forth in this Opinion and Order. This Order ends the consolidati on of the two Actions. The parties are directed to submit a Civil Case Management Plan for each of the Actions in accordance with the Courts Individual Practices. The Civil Case Management Plan will govern the liability phase of discovery on any outstanding issues of the Actions.
