June 29, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 123 OPINION AND ORDER ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT: The Court GRANTS Defendants motion for summary judgment with respect to Plaintiffs claims of Breach of Contract (Count II) and Breach of Fiduciary Duty (Count IV). The Court DENIES th e motion with respect to Plaintiffs claims of Unfair Competition (Count V), Unjust Enrichment (Count III), and Tortious Interference with Contract (Count I). No later than July 20, 2010, the parties shall submit a joint pre-trial order that conforms to the Courts Individual Practices. Any motions in limine shall be submitted no later than July 20, 2010. The parties shall submit responses to any motions in limine no later than July 27, 2010. The parties shall submit any replies no later than August 3, 2010.
