March 25, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 62 OPINION AND ORDER #97328 re: 47 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Robert Aponte, J. Arceo, Jesus Rosario, New York City Health And Hospitals Corporation: granted as to Plaintiff's federal claims and the state law claims for false arrest a nd arrest and malicious abuse of process. In light of that conclusion, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims in the Complaint. Accordingly, this action is hereby dismissed.
