Nakta, Chan, and Kim are also held jointly and severally liable to counterclaim plaintiff EGI for a statutory damage award of $30,000 and attorney� 39;s fees of $52,642.10. The Court does not adopt the Report's recommendation of impoundment and forfeiture of NAKTA's four hard drives containing the copies of the works at issue.
