The Compensation Committee Defendants are dismissed from the case. Directors Harrison and Clarks motion to dismis s Counts Five, Six, Seven, and Nine is GRANTED. Harrison and Clark are dismissed from the case. Caputos motion to dismiss Counts One, Two, Six, Seven, Eight, and Nine is DENIED, and his motion to dismiss Counts Three and Four is GRANTED. Argos moti on to dismiss Counts One, Two, Six, Seven, Eight, and Nine is DENIED, and her motion to dismiss Counts Three and Four is GRANTED. Muellers motion to dismiss Counts One, Two, Three, and Four is GRANTED. Mueller is dismissed from this case.
