Filing 48 OPINION AND ORDER:#97124 For the reasons set forth in this order, Defendants motions to dismiss the Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) are granted. Because Plaintiffs have neither proffered additional fac ts that would be sufficient to render their claims viable nor requested leave to amend the complaint, the Clerk of Court is respectfully requested enter judgment accordingly, terminate Docket Entry Nos. 27 and 35, and close this case.
